Doing crunches whenever you have anxiety has to be the worst advice I've ever heard. I'm glad you threw that book across the room. Sending good vibes for good news!

Doing push-ups works for me to get rid of the anxiety’s physical tension... doesn’t take care of my head though. But at least the physical anxieties are dissipated for a bit. I’ll take any small win against anxiety...
